Digestive Wellness

People fail to realize how important digestive health is, without it we cannot receive our nourishment for overall well-being. So today we're sharing some digestion facts.  Two of Ginja Blast's key ingredients are Ginger and Turmeric, both aid in digestion:
Ginger:
is great for digestive health because it's a carminative, which means that it helps both prevent and eliminate gas, and it also relaxes the smooth muscle of the intestines. Ginger stimulates saliva🤤, bile, and gastric enzymes to aid in digestion by speeding the movement of food from the stomach to the small intestine.
Ginger has been proven to protect against heartburn because it prevents the lower esophageal sphincter from loosening, which means acid cannot regurgitate back into the esophagus. Additionally, ginger can kill harmful bacteria that is linked to acid reflux.
Turmeric:
is used to relieve heartburn (dyspepsia), stomach pain, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, bypass surgery, diarrhea, intestinal gas, stomach bloating, loss of appetite, Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, stomach ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome and more.
Consuming Ginja Blast can help improve your digestive wellness and overall health. Give it a try today!

I’ve just recently started using ginjablast about 2 weeks ago. While everyone at my job is or was sick with flu or pneumonia I feel great. Thank you for producing a healthy and natural product. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family -Khadijah West, February 9, 2019

I have hypothyroidism and my weight has gone up after my car accident in July having lumbar surgery. I am limited to the gym due to my pain. Will this help with my bowl movement. I have not worked out due to being on medical leave
